 There are many forms of Transhumanism in this group we are emphasizing an approach to transhumanism based on science and rationality, research and data based knowledge. While the goals of transhumanism intersect with many of the vain promises of many world religions (happiness, joy, immortality, self-realization) transhumanism, for us, is a challenging but realistic attempt to realize these goals through hard work, science and disciplined focus on reality. 
 
 
 Please try to stay on topic, avoid trolling members, and do not block administrators. Pseudo-science, superstition and religious postings are strictly off-topic. Discussion about the dangers of superstitious thinking and religion impact on economics, politics and education are NOT off topic. Just make sure to explain the relevance of the post in the context of transhumanism.

 This is a secular and in particular mostly atheist group: 
 religious people are welcome in the group but they need to be aware that for the founder and co-founder (Giovanni Santostasi and Eray Ozkural) and most of the administrators in the group transhumanism is based on an atheist worldview in particular for what concerns how we should handle our destiny, we cannot rely on divine intervention, soul, spirits and wishful thinking about life after death for our continued survival.
