Hello guys,

I would like to know how to avoid having this spikes on my GPU utilization, i think it would be better to have a consistent 100% utilization instead of having 1 second 50 another secocn 100%. is it possible to change that?

Generally I see pretty steady 98% after the initial ramp up and just before a task completes. Thermal throttling maybe?

If you crunch on your CPU also, you should reduce the number of CPU cores used for crunching in BOINC manager.
BOINC manager -> Options -> Computing Preferences -> Computing tab ->
"While computer is in use" section "Use at most 75% of your CPU cores and 100% of CPU time"
"While computer is not in use" section "Use at most 75% of your CPU cores and 100% of CPU time"

You can reduce the 75% even further.
