In a sense GPUGRID capacity has (thanks to you!) increased over time, and by consequence the output sizes. Other parts (notably the internal buffer and bandwidth) did not. So much for working at the bleeding edge :) | |

Toni, I don't know what you did but my uploads are moving 4-5x faster than usual. My boring hypothesis is that, after project restart, there are fewer concurrent uploads. :) | |

Being the first through the door does have its advantages :-)Toni, I don't know what you did but my uploads are moving 4-5x faster than usual.My boring hypothesis is that, after project restart, there are fewer concurrent uploads. :) The current UL is still running fast but it takes much longer to sink a hook in your server. I was trying to speed up my LHC uploads and realized I was sending too many at once so I changed my cc_config to: <max_file_xfers>6</max_file_xfers> <max_file_xfers_per_project>2</max_file_xfers_per_project> | |
